Trust the Truth

Updated: Jan 18, 2020

Trust the Truth. Day 6 of 21 Days of Prayer. When you’re in the secret place, God says to your enemies, “Hands off”. Now, you just sit back and watch your enemies fall. Trust your refuge. Trust your fortress. Trust the Truth.

Say aloud, “The Lord is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust (Psalm 91:2)”.

You are fortified by the truth. Jesus said, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me (John 14:6).” The only way the enemy can touch you is if the enemy can get to the Father. That’s impossible because the only way to the Father is through the truth, through Jesus Christ.

Your enemy can’t handle the truth.

Jesus is the truth. The enemy can’t pierce the truth.

The truth saves you. The truth fortifies you. The truth is faithful to cover you. Evil cannot penetrate the truth. Plagues cannot penetrate the truth. Truth commands protection over your life day and night.

When you acknowledge God’s name, truth protects you. When you call on God, truth answers you. Truth is with you in troubled times. Truth will deliver you and honor you. Truth will satisfy you with long life. Truth will show you salvation: healing, deliverance, safety, provision, and soundness of mind.

Truth never fails. Why?

Because, Jesus is the truth. Trust the truth.

TAKE ACTION

Make Psalm 91 your prayer today. Trust the truth.

PRAY ALOUD

The Lord is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
